I think I read somewhere that a kms release is set for 2015.
the titel got me excited at first till i re read it. now im sad
It be a good 1-2 years before released over here and that's if Nexon NA even gets a license for it. Which they probably will but still will take time. MMOs don't just come out of no where unless it's made in that country. So first it will be in KMS then maybe a year at the earliest it will come over here. However, that's the earliest I would say. It all depends if Nexon NA even wants to license it or can license it first. After that they will start working on bringing MS2 beta over here. So point is don't hold your breath for too long. It won't be here for a good 1+years.
The Beta release date hasn't even been confirmed yet so you might want to slow down there. Even if they did have a release date it would be in Korea for quite some time before releasing over seas and there would be plenty of notification beforehand so when the time comes you'll know.
