Holy Symbol 20 status resistance not working?
I had HS with 20% status resist from one of my party members on, and my status resist without it is 79% (this is including resistance potion). With HS, I should theoretically have 99% status resist. However, when I fought against empress, I was still pigged and potential locked numerous times. Why does this happen?
EDIT: I heard from another bishop that apparently the additional status resist only helps the hser, not party members

Status resistance works on pretty much any ailment, I think you mean Dispel, Dispel can only cure the status ailments you stated IIRC.

The status resist does work as far as I can tell. I provide HS service for drop rate for people doing Cygnus runs. Dual Blade I went in with had 89% stat resist without me, and for the entire run (knights & emp) he was only affected by status once. So I do believe it is working properly.

unless elemental resistance is additive, i don't know.
With a good 85%? id say i have when I emp with the resistance potion I rarely if ever get pot locked. Only 3 times the most for the full 1 hour

doesnt it increase resistance to elements too? so you could test with the flames at empress and see if they do less damage
The resist is only 10% and it does apply to pt members.
Either that or u are REALLY unlucky (i don't think u are though)
Exp is self.
The others (drop and resistance) are applied to the skill itself, which means its for the rest of the party as well.

As for the status ailments and item drop, i am not entirely sure, is just a tough.

That's wrong. It does help the caster.

The Extra EXP
The Extra Drop Rate
The Extra Resist
All are only for us (tough i would had liked the first and second one for party members too).

It's not +20%, it's +10%.
That 1% odd seems to be against you
I think empress ignores that stat?
I am not sure, i could not get the point of that stat entirely.
