Might be impossible for you, but for people able to spend lots of money/time on their equips.. They can certainly do that .
How? In maple, the more you fund, you get ever increasing returns.

YES, impossible.
It's extremely hard to hit cap with cannoneer with buck shot activated. I have a 1.3m~ish range and only hit 5m with buck shot on.
Hitting cap on other jobs is 10x easier then with a cannoneer.

More believable than capping on vellum atleast. It is sad though. I wonder what september and 5th job will bring to cannon.

Its only 1 per attack haha, The damage skin has a crown on the edge giving it the effect that there is something behind it.
