40 for a KataraNeed some advice
Currently I have about 160m in mesos
I have a sweet water Katara sitting there waiting to get transposed
I have a $40 budget right now for what I'm planning to scroll (my Japanese Katara)
What should be my next move?
I mostly need some help with what to scroll this thing with >_<

In all honesty I think you're better off waiting to scroll it till you save up a bit more. Go ahead and cube it...that'll get you a significant boost if it works out...but you really don't need to scroll it first at all. You're seriously better off waiting until you can scroll it right and not waste your time and limited mesos scrolling it only half right and later having to redo it all over again.

Honestly, right nows a bad time to scroll. The cost of 1bil meso to NX is very low. Meaning you get little meso for a lot of nx currently. I'd suggest you trade the 40$ for an already scrolled Japanese katara. hopefully one that was made with +9 spell trace scrolls during the fever time. Have them add a epic pot on it before hand and you'd be set for transposing.
