Good shields for mages and how to get them?
Hello, I never really had any mage shields on my characters because of the different secondaries you can get for each of them, but people have been telling me that shields are better than secondaries because you can scroll/enhance them.
The best shield I have right now is the 3rd unwelcome guest magician shield.
I can't really find good higher level mage shields in the FM, so I don't know where else to get one. o.o
Do people make their own shields? I never see any mage shields in the FM.

That shield will be fine.
If u want the best, u should aim for VIP, timeless prelude (or fearless if u can find one), or Demios Sage Shield.
There are 3 or some in bera. One is leg, on is uni(might have sold) and one is epic in bera.

Like the first guy said, that shield is perfectly fine. I could get some magic attack on it and then us cogs or icogs.

A 3rd unwelcome guest shield should be perfectly fine. And yeah, I'm pretty sure most people make their own unless you can get lucky enough to buy one from a mage that's quitting.
