Help with spreadsheets
Okay I'm using OpenOffice Spreadsheets, and I'm trying to use the Average function, but whenever i put in something, such as :
"AVERAGE(2;2.5)"
It spits out "01/01/00" in the box. Any ideas whats going on? I know it should be 2.25

I use Excel 2007, but I imagine that they are similar. Check the properties for the cell with your average. I'm guessing that the cell is defined as type: Date, not type: Number.
