Nexon should allow me to become a Gm

This game is broken, and those who are making it broken deserve to be banned. Someone has to do it, so why not me? Even if it means sacrificing my own account and money, it's worth it. Because the server... can't go on like this. I wonder... what if someone else had this power? Is there anyone out there other than me who'd be willing to eliminate the hackers from the game? If I don't do it, then who will? That's just it: there's no one. But I can do it. In fact, I'm the only one who can, I'll do it, using this power I will change the server.

At first I banned the igns of the worst known hackers I could think of, like I was cleaning up the server one ign at a time, so that eventually no one will ever do any hacking again. And while the truly guilty ones who deserve to be punished for their hacks banned forever, the people who are less guilty but who still make trouble for others items slowly be erased through server maintenance and accidental d/cs. Then and only then the server will start moving in the right direction. It'll be new server free of hacking and populated by people who I've judged to be honest, kind, and legit players.

What do you mean? I'm a honest hard working honoured mapler. I will become a god in the server...

It honestly irritates me to see people like you think Nexon does nothing to try to improve their game. The job isn't as simple as it sounds. Sure you could "ban* the igns of the worst known hackers I could think of, like I was cleaning up the server one ign at a time, so that eventually no one will ever do any hacking again." but there are simply hundreds upon hundreds of hackers and bot's in the game that are even active botters. PLUS even legitimate people with legitimate names hack. Honestly if you ban a botter for hacking there just going to make a new account with a new character to start all over again. We don't live in a world with Peace and Happiness so just live with the game we do have because it honestly could be a lot worse then how it is now.

Nexon had a whole army of volunteers who did this kind of thing for free after going through a long and arduous background check process, and then they (Nexon) couldn't figure out what to do with having people who actually wanted to do this kind of thing and do it without getting paid.

They finally shut the program down, my guess for why is it worked too well and the few GMs Nexon actually does pay to keep the game clean were overwhelmed by all the reports the volunteers turned in.

In other words, Nexon doesn't CARE about the "hacker problem", doing anything about it just costs them money and that's not on their corporate radar.
Profits at all cost.

Anyone who uses the Ban Note can neither Level up, or be Banned. But when your time comes, I'll be the one to delete you myself.

@PydrexLoL Probably due to impressions that pizza slices made on the public.

OT: This is a whole new ball game compared to pizza slices. This game is on a corporate level, which means it does legal businesses. There are millions of accounts and characters, 1 ign at a time is far from enough. "No one will do any hacking again" - this is impossible unless you shut the whole game down. 1 account banned, 10 more will surface - maybe more. Where's your god now?

But to do that you need a Ban Note. I heard one once fell into the Maple World. Good luck finding it.

I hate how people talk how simple doing all this is. It really isn't. You'll be there late at night trying to do this. Also you'll be wishing you never accepted the job in the first place.
