You're high level, I'm talking how high this guy is realistically gonna get, plus he's on Reboot, plus he's unlikely to get decent HB, and yes NLs do have relatively low HP.
@rockywasthere from skills, guard rate is only like 50% total or some ridiculously low crap like that. Has no drain skill (USED TO), and has very low HP, and very low defense. I'd say they're the squishiest character in the game.

@fraddd , i made today thief level 27 atm in reboot , amd gained extra 500 hp from character cards so i am sure its worth if he did the same
