People are gonna be making MMs because of Hyper Skills. That weapon will be atleast 4b for sure.
Not everyone takes the Empress or Set Bonus route.

Edit: The fact that you can wear it at 110 is a good bonus for price, the durability is "somewhat a problem" but just stock up on the kits and you're good to go.
