I used 11 tickets yesterday, no tradeblock.

I didnt get trade blocked but I randomly got blocked from the game itself apparently for not paying for nx I bought (last purchase was in 2014) yet I've been playing for ages even after I bought it. This update has all types of problems.

When Reboot comes to the Normal Worlds

I was tradeblocked twice, but unrelated to gachapon. It's apparently happening to people all over, according to livechat.
