How do I reclaim my account
So I haven't played in a while and I decided to log into the nexon website, only to realize that either my account is gone or I don't remember my password at all. I've tried sending a password reset to my email, but it hasn't showed up so idk what to do anymore

I was absent for about a year and a half. Thank god my computer remembered my saved passwords and such. Only thing I forgot was a PIC but that a breeze to change. Good luck!
if you have been gone for long you need to reactivate your account, change your pic and create a new password.
Try a different browser, if you're using chrome... At least that worked for me.
Send a ticket using a different account. The customer support system is much better now than it used to be.
