Those are Purple Senior equips and they come as Hats, Suits, Gloves, and Shoes.
If you're a Thief and you pick up a Purple Senior equip, it becomes a "Thief only" equip. These are level 60. There are also a set of level 30 equips called Green General equips. They work the same way as Purple Senior.
Theyre auto epic equips that are gotten from monsters in Chryse, monster park extreme, and probably more places. They are for whatever job the class is that picks them up
