returning after 3 years
Me and 3 more friends are restarting in a new world and new jobs.
what jobs are the cool/strong/fun that we can all become
is there anything super important i should know about maplestory

@Rudenessity: Sadly I've never played an AB so I'm not the best advice giver when speaking about that class

A: Game has changed A LOT! Dimension Invasion rewards nice stuff and super fast XP. EVO is a nice place to get some decent items, mesos and XP. Grand Atheneum and Ravana quest chains reward Mastery Book 20. And a lot more stuff that takes too much time to describe [/quote]

I'd say most anything is good but try the newer classes for sure
A lot of updates came in the past 3 years like RED (the original 4 jobs got revamped) and such
Roll three Jetts and become the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Honestly, just play a bit. Download the game, play around with it. Then, when something actually comes up, ask more specific questions.

I think all 3 of the Cygnus Knights are very fun characters to play, though unfortunately Dawn Warrior is crippled by latency especially in GMS, which makes its already weak bossing poor as hell. Besides that, though, Thunder Breaker and Wind Archer are both a blast and you should look into them. In terms of explorers, Paladin and Dark Knight are in pretty good shape (I like Hero though); and I would recommend you check out Marksman and Buccaneer as well. There's all of the Heroes and Demons and stuff but that might be a bit off the wall for a few returning players . Your call though.
