I'd trade a Fafnir 2h Mace + mesos for it. It's pretty cheap over here.
I'll give 500m plus RED Tickets + Beryl Hearts, maybe nx! In total for 1.1b+ or so depending how much you want at the end.
Trading-wise: If you want a Fafnir of your own, like a staff. I think it would be an equal trade but you might need extra mesos, fafnir staffs seem a bit rare. Not 100% sure on prices. So it might not be an equal trade at all.
