Starting Fresh in Bellocan. Class? O:

So yeah. I've been a devoted Khainian for the past four years or so, but eh.
Anyway, my ex-girlfriend (WHO IS MY TOTAL BESTIE FRIEND DESU DESU KAWAII ^___^~ /shot) moved to California at the end of last summer, and a few weeks ago she found some people at her new school who play Maple, except that they all play in Bellocan. Herp.
She's totally devoted to making a fresh start, and wants me to come along too. Only thing is, she's probably going to be funded by all of her friends while I'm.... well, not.

So... with minimal funding available, which class should I choose in order to pick myself up the fastest, and (maybe) continue to play here? Thieves are out of the question, and I'm not too inclined on making a warrior type... The same goes for Cygnus Knights. Blegh. e___e

Alright guys, I made a Night Walker. Probably Low-Dex, since I'll have a bit of funding. Thanks, Snipe.

Hit me up sometime,

I don't reccomend Palidan if your not going to stay there, as you said. NW are great, Vamp MAXED works as a good hp pot...As long as you remain untouched on a nice, comfy snyping spot. Stars would be a problem. The only real reason i don't reccomend pally would be because they're pretty slow. I thought i was training fast as heck on my pally, but my archer guildies where passing me... I made a hunter right after that and I saw why. Their mobbing is BUFFED , man..

Well, goodluk!
I quit bellocan So I can give you 20m if that helps?
Yeah, that would be great!

@Amped
....DAMN. Lol. Lukless may be a stretch now. Maybe I'll go lowluk? But yeah. This looks pretty comprehensive. Thanks.

So now it's like:
Blaze Wizard / Night Walker / Paladin.

Let me help you out here. Let's say you go blaze wizard. Go Lukless, for now, to make it easy. I'm going to ignore teh cygnus knight quests, because i find them a waste of time. Each boat ride= 4mins or w/e and another 4 back, in that time you could have gained a level.

1-8 Maple Island, get to 99%. Advance, than complete the "Job Quest", by talking to Olaf, than your job intructor.

1-17 Than, proceed to complete your job quests, following p to your Job hat, an 12 stat hat that gives substantial defence and a huge boost in stats. Very good for starting new. You may put a few claw/bolt in , now, since it doesnt matter what level you max MAX MP Increase.

17ish-23 BLUE RIBBON PIGS. These badboys are great in experience since level 15, but go whenever you want. Mainly for mediocre exp and great money for these levels. Their etc. drops for 100 meso EACH, great spawn, huge maps. Good to share a map to keep spawn going.

23-30 Golems. Go to the lower level golems till 24, than mixed golem minidungeon until 30. Collect the drops, as mixed golem pieces are in high demand atm, for some reason. Also, they drop MANY equips.

30 Job advance.

30-38 Mushroom Kingdom. Do all quests, try to loot scrolls from the Big Yetis. Get the glove, 2 MA. The pepes are very good to train at. Get the medal when you are done.

38-50, Proceed to CPQ or CD's. CPQ is if you have a good, smart, orgainized 2v2 TW party in room 3-4 strictly that can max rombots. Amazing exp. 10/10.
CD's on the other hand, are around 75% of what you would get at CPQ, BUT you will not need to find a room. You gotta fend off killstealers, though, which won't be hard if you telecast with your fire pillar.

50-60 Drum Bunnies in Ludibrium until you have your 10 DC ores. They drop MANY RED whips. Also, get 3 dc ores from the earlier quest in the higher part of the tower. By the time you have 10 dc ores, you'll be around 56-59, depending on luk.

56-60 Go to Trojans or Robos, not that good exp, but this is the boring part.

60-65 Master Robos, better exp.
OR
60-70 Omega Sector, great exp!
OR
60-70 PIRATE PQ, THE BEST EXP. Mobbing+ Rewards+ End PQ EXP= Beast. GSPQ is optional if you want a more..."chill" pq , if you will. In ppq, you want to fight for the mobs especially in the beggining. Being leader is an exp dropper, though, since you must collect passes in one of the stages.

70-80 Try TJ, your 1V1 is not good, so mob them all up and fire pillar them with your elemental reset ON, they are fire resistance. Get flame gears so you can easily train while pressing a button and than doing whatever you want until their fully poisoned, or watching TV. When your FG is maxed, go to MP3 at around 84ish and gear them tilll they're at 1 HP, than finish them.

That's all my wiz got to, so i can't give you any more.

For weopons, get a maple staff due to the prices being extremely low now or just get one if the snowflake event is still here. Get a nocturnal staff from the NLC quest, unless that was taken out. In that case, do the GFA lvl 36 quest, sell for 8-10m depending on server, IDK your server's prices, and buy a noct or lama. Sell your old weopons after you've used them. Try to get some cheap % earrings. After your 64, sell your staff and go for a lvl 64 wand or staff, and if you think it's worth it, you can chill 'till 120 with that. Fullstat isnt really worth it on a cygnus knight. Lowluk is another solution.

I hope this helped a bit.

Oh. Riiiiiiight. e___e

Ahaha, thanks Cice. I'm just kind of debating between a type of Cygnus Knight (Quick leveling) and Paladin (I'm probably not going to be a permanent Bellocan'r, but it should be fun nontheless). :U
OMFG is her bello IGN sheerbliss or something? Does she go to BHS? Lol jw don't think I'm a stalker. I just moved to bello and i world xfered my mule. I'll fund you if you make a mage or join our guild XD
No. And... no. :U
But uh... hey. I'll take up on that funding offer? :T
Just xfer your main to bellocan? o.o;
and I would make a nw and level it for BoF, then make a mechanic when those pop out.
Also, if you like, my main's in bellocan, message Zarkion or Dawnslady and ask if you can join the guild Phalanx, and tell them that their favorite paladin recommended you
That would cost Nx. And considering Christmas just passed... Pah. :C

Night Walker? Seriously? Dem starz, d00d. Won't I be in trouble there? I don't even have a vague conception of Bellocan's economy. e__e
Anyway, thanks for the offer. And whooooooooooooa Paladins. They've always interested me. Never had the will to go past Page, though. Ahaha... I might keep that as an option.

Thing is, I have a Battle Mage, Wild Hunter, and Cleric in Khaini already. And if you've read any of my other topics, you'd know that I have a strict aversion to "repeating" classes.

Oh well. Maybe I'll try a Blaze Wizard?
Eh. Keep them coming. :T

Blaze Wizard are nice. BaM or WH will work too. I've made everyone one of those classes in Arcania, Zen, or Nido and they're all quite easy .

Battle Mages are powerful without any funding. So are Wild Hunters, but eh.
