so I made a buccaneer
Hey, so I finally made a buccaneer. They're really fun but I want to know how much funding I need to get 500k range. I don't have anything godly on him yet but I'm wondering if with enough funds that I can be good at bossing. I read the guide already but I just need to know that if with enough funding that they're good or not. I'm still going to play it if it's week cuz they're really fun but I just want to know.

Just know that bucaneers also have high minimum maximum crit damage. It can ideally almost double our range.
I can reach 500k range with a single five and hypers and I have 260k range. Most of my equips are scrolled using event stuff though...
I have absolutely no funding(All my gear has been obtained through events, of which the most notable is Evolution Rings, is scrolled Empress using Spell Traces and enhanced to nine Stars at most, with not too many pieces of %Att or %STR, the most on any piece of my gear being 6%, the rest is 3%~4% or was self obtained/crafted such as Earrings and Belts). Fully buffed without Pirate's Revenge/Stimulation(But with most link skills, the only ones which I'm lacking being Beast Tamer, Hayato, Jett, Zero, Angelic Burster, Mikhail and Shade, with one Cygnus Knight at 120, so a level 24 Blessing of the Empress. My Character Card decks are all S Ranked, being Bucc/Thunder Breaker/Mechanic, Demon Slayer/Aran/Demon Avenger and Kanna/Paladin/Kaiser) I have 121k~134k range.
It's worth nothing this is without my soul active(Which gives Int), three Dark Doom Totems and with no set bonuses beyond Empress(Which is the only thing of value/not self obtained which I've gotten; you'd be amazed at how Crusader Coins can add up daily if you do Zakum/Horn Tail to buy Spell Traces). My Codex is the basic Von Leon set.
I can't tell you how much funding you need for 500k range, but I can say with a range like mine you can manage and solo several of the easier bosses. I'm not certain, but most classes can be good at bossing, it depends on which bosses you want to solo. I have little experience with the higher end bosses, but as long as you have some basic mobility skills I believe that most are doable with a high enough range; range and funding just depends on classes, and worlds, as well as availability of rarer scrolls/high-end gear. The best thing to do is be satisfied with what bosses you can solo, set reasonable standards and slowly work your way up to the next boss on the chain, and so on and so on.
A lot. I can reach 100k normally buffed, 175k OP buffed. This is with at least some funding, boss items and revolution set with lots of 6% str.
Probably like $1000 worth of NX.
