Maybe Naruto and Sasuke will have to merge in order to survive and the famous bloodlines will be united once more and their combined powers will defeat all the bad guys and they'll become Hokage and marry Sakura and almost everyone is happy the end.

Whelp, as a medical professional, I guess I'm actually a Cassanova as well now. With a 5% survival rate, I really wouldn't call CPR all that raunchy.

EDIT: Well okay, the survival rate varies, depending on factors such as "was the cardiac arrest observed" and "is a trained person with appropriate equipment on the scene" and fun stuff like that.
