Confused with dmg skins
So I bought monotone dmg skin from the coin shop and realized that it expires tmr but says permanently applied. Does that mean I will always see the skin? Also if that's true, can I use it on my other character before the skin expires?

Doesn't matter if you xfer it. If you already applied it that means it's currently in use regardless. It's just that if you used another skin over it, then it takes it away if you didn't save it.

Once you apply it it's PERM, until you want to apply a new damage skin. >.< If it's transferable through account then YES you can use it on another character HURDUR
