Cube emblem or badge first
So I have 6% luk tyrant belt epic and crap lines badge epic 3 lines. I have 6 master cubes and 11 meister. Which one should be my priority

Weapon Items (wep, 2ndary, emblem) > tradeable / psokable gear > untradeable gear
So between a psokable belt and an untradeable badge, the belt is your priority, unless you're just trying to get some % on everything, then do your badge i guess.
Your badge should never be a priority, but since you have 6% on your belt just aim for another 6% on your badge. 6% on your belt is good for now, the enhancements add way more range than the potential so don't worry about that if you have other things to upgrade.
