The katanas and paper swords are from the ninja castle, which you can get to from mushroom shrine after completing some quest line that starts in Korean Folk Town. The quest name has something to do with fish.
Its a glitch, I dont have the quest either. Send a ticket so they know its wrong and can do a maintenance.
