which computer is better suited for maple?

sadly 500$ is my highest i can go right now and out of these two, i need to know which one will give me the least amount of lag when bossing, in crowded areas like event hall, fm ch 1, HoH etc. i believe both are to be pretty good but id just like to know what ya say.

@krispydude12 what kind of problems does windows 8 cause for maple? do you guys mean like disconnecting or the game crashing?
Yeah, it can have issues with Windows 8, but it really isn't a huge one, but yeah I believe the Dell Laptop has the best specifications to play Maple, but either one can play Maple I'm confident to say, but I will go with one with a better processor and more memory and HD space.
windows 8 from experience is a little slow and not really much better from windows 7 other than layout
don't throw away from money for 2gbs i'd say second
