Norton Blocking BlackCipher partially

So I have the following problem, or... not a problem but more so just something I'm slightly worried about:

I have Norton Internet Security on my computer since yesterday and I just checked the "Security History" in it. It seems BlackCipher is for w/e reason trying to access Norton file. Norton blocks this access so my Security History is filled with these messages:

Alert Summary
Severity: Medium
Activity: Unauthorized access blocked (Access Process Data)
Status: Blocked
Recommended Action: No Action Required

Advanced Details:
Actor: BLACKCIPHER
Target: Norton Internet Security
Action: Access Process Data
Reaction: Unauthorized access blocked
Terminal Session: 1
(^on 'Actor' and 'Target' there's specific disk locations of those programs but damn Basil won't let me post those )

This doesn't affect me playing Maple at all, I can launch it fine and BlackCipher seems to be running in processes too. I'm simply worried that this "conflict" with Norton could trigger autoban, because you know... it's Nexon we're talking about. Is there some way I could whitelist BlackCipher for this action? I haven't used Norton before so any help would be much appreciated.

Blackcipher is trying to scan all files on your computer to try to find "hack" programs, that is why it was trying to access the Norton files. I am sure Nexon know about various anti virus will block Blackcipher's access, I wouldn't worry about it.

Yah, not having problems with booting or running MS/Blackcipher, just wondering about the consequences of it preventing BlackCipher from entering its location (NIS.exe).

Better advice please... If I Googled I would find tons of posts "*insert any antivirus here* is the Worst one" o.o.

Personally, I had Ad-Aware Free Antivirus+ and that claimed I had a trojan on my computer (after just doing a full restore to factory defaults before which it detected nothing and I hadn't downloaded anything but Windows Updates, Firefox and Ad-Aware) and would block me from downloading MS. That's why I had to run a scan on something else and Norton didn't find anything. I got Norton on my computer cause my dad had the licence for 3 computers. At least Norton doesn't eat near as much system resources or spam my email about upgrading to "premium".
