There's a pretty good chance you'll get one within a day or two herbalising
I got one randomly while leveling mining/herbalism in ardentmill
If you're in Bellocan I can sell you one
You can buy from fm, or get one from the veins at Ardentmill. I find that the novice farm gives the most, but that might just be me.
