Banned for no reason
So here's the breakdown. I got home and checked maple, everything was fine, I still had my shop open in fm, and there was no sign of what was about to come. I went away from the computer literally for 5 minutes. I come back and it's disconnected. So I think, it's just a normal disconnection or whatever. However, when I try to log in it says something along the lines of: This account has been blocked for illicit promotion or advertising.... This ID has been permanently blocked. I have no idea how this happened, since my character was just sitting there with a shop opened. Normally, I wouldn't be so frantic as I could probably have nexon resolve the situation over a "decent" period of time, but I specifically stockpiled all of the items and mesos that were going to go towards miracle time onto this account. Anyways, the point of the thread is to get some opinions. The question is, do you think I will be able to have the situation resolved by miracle time, and if so what steps should I take?

I'm almost 100% positive you won't be able to address the situation by miracle time as ban appeals are only during wednesday and thursdays. Forget sending a ticket, it won't be responded to in awhile.
You're going to miss out on miracle time period.
My account was just released from it's ban! Nexon responded to the ticket within 10 minutes, which is amazing considering how much negativity their customer support gets.
