Help Maplestory internet issues

Ive had this issue for a while where if I launch from the site, the worlds never show up, and from gamelauncher I cannot get past the log-in and password. I tried everything like firewall, re-installation and even wireless reset(both hard reset and soft reset). I went to a friends house and I was able to log-in there. Later, he came over and had the same issues on my wifi. I am not really sure what is causing this because it says nothing about being banned and I am the network administrator. I was appreciate any tips or solution. Thanks.
