If its 2-lined you may just find yourself one for 2b~max, but doubtful you will get a 3 lined one in your budget range.

I've been looking for 2 days now and I still havent found even 1 HTp with % INT, let alone if its egged. I use owls daily and I even used a Smega last night. (Which would be afternoon for the people in America.)

For me, the problem was always the money, now that I have it, I cant even find one. xD
Btw, I found one in a shop today, 3 lined Epic HTp, it bears 22 STR/DEX/INT and 23 LUK, its potential is 9% STR. He asks 1.3b for it though, which to me, seems like an unreasonable high amount. ;o I could offer on it and cube it later, but later would take another month or so. ;P

This could mean that the Price range for a HTp with such stats is higher than I predicted. I hope not though, because I'd love to get a 15% INT one. x_X And I'd rather not settle with anything lower than 12%. Though if I have to settle with a 12%, I guess then I just have to admit the fact that my amount of mesos isn't enough yet. :o

The most pendants with 15% primary stats I've seen are in sale for about 1.5b-ish. :o

Nice, but that's too expensive for me. ;P My budget is 2b and I'm looking for a HTp, not a CHTp. I do this to save some extra mesos.
I still have a lot of equipments left to cube, most are 9% INT, but getting them to 15% is too much for me. ;o It's not impossible, but it'll take a long time, so I decided to buy a pre-cubed HTp. ;P

I dont mind if it has 2 lines, as long as it is 22 All Stats and 15% INT, anything is fine. (prefered would be 23 INT/LUK)

If its any comparison, I've had offers of 5b+ on my 15% Dex, 4x's CHTP.

Most of the times, the 15% Primary stat equipments are over 1b, but thanks anyhow for taking the effort of responding. ;P
