Although I haven't tried it personally, people seem pretty high on this Boomerang Step + Savage Blow macro right now. It might be a better idea to max Savage Blow and leave Steal at level 9.
TBH you don't really need a guide, there's not many choices in leveling areas or ability/skill point distribution. In the end, all your skills will be maxed and you'll have 999 luck anyway, so just go with what makes it easier for you to level (attack speed, main mobbing attack, and movement speed all are priority).
