General rule of thumb, if it doesn't have a buff icon, then it isn't affected by buff duration percentage increases.

I honestly thought your character couldn't get any uglier, boy I was wrong.

Kishin is a summon, like how Cannoneers can summon the monkeys. Certain cards increase how long they are spawned in for, but they aren't considered a buff.

also farm can increase summon duration..and for inner get atk speed +1 or boss dmg on first line then buff duration

27 attack is good. I would honestly save those rerolls until you can reroll even more. Other good ones include critical, boss damage, and +1 attack speed.
