Hyper Skill Party Duration Increase does not work
I'm not sure if any of ya tested this, but I wanted to be sure.
So the party shield duration itself is 40 secs.
With the hyper skill point additional duration for 20 secs added, I suppose you get 60 secs at least.
I used the timer and tested the skill WITH the hyper point added for Party shield, but the skill ended in 40 secs. instead...
So this is pretty much a bug skill... and it bugs me that it doesn't work.

yep can confirm that it is indeed a visual glitch.
after the shield dissapears, it is still active for another 20 seconds while we cant see it.
tried it at boss too, didnt seem to work the extra seconds there. will need more testing.

I didn't come back to maplestory when the BaM revamp came around. Though its been months now and they really haven't fix it which is rather upsetting.
