Phantom Dps Currently Less Than Half Because of Bugs

I don't know if people have realized this, but the fact that Noir Carte isn't working is reducing Phantoms dps by more than 50%... o.o

To all those saying "Phantom is weak" or "Phantom is op", wait until Nexon fixes the bug to make an opinion.

I thought hard cap was 100%, meh no matter. And yeah, the Lumiere being broken sux... Now I have to spend 3minutes to Victoria, THEN another 5-7min to Ludi. Instead of just 3min >_<

5% Base crit that every class has, 10% crit from Phantoms Link Skill, 50% crit from 3rd Job Passive, 4% crit on my Card, 4% crit Nebulite on weapon, Judgement Draw crit buff/Sharp Eyes for the rest...

Once I max Sharp Eyes, I'll be above 100% when Judgement Draw procs crit% xD o.o

Mille at lvl 1 is 100% damage. At lvl 1 Noir Carte is 62% chance to do 163% damage on a crit, and I have 99% crit on my Phantom so it's pretty much all the time. And at max Noir it's 100% on crit.

Not to mention Noir Carte itself can crit, so that's about 263%-300% per hit from Mille that you're missing, more if you have +crit dmg from Sharp Eyes/Expert. So a Mille that crits would do 200% and you'd be losing 300% dmg per hit because of the bug. That's 60% of your damage as a Phantom! o_0
