No Free Skillbook at 70?
Everyone, myself included, was under the impression that Phantoms would receive a free 4th Job skillbook at level 70 like most classes did when they were released/revamped.
But I don't see it. I guess Phantoms don't get one?
Should I wait and see if they add an event in a couple days, or just suck it up and spend 27-54 more Renegades Coins on an extra Skillbook from shop?
