My Friends Needs Urgent Help

She is really scared.
Additional info, her cat was given away. She is moving schools soon.

She is normal sitting down and then she starts thinking about things, her brain hurts, she can't breathe, her heart is racing and she is about to cry. She can't sit in a place for too long if not this happens and she also hates and avoids dark and glomminess when she is like this. This is in the holidays. She also sleeps and wakes up late,

Please help! Thanks

@sey18 You can always talk to me. She could get another pet...for companionship.

@BlackOpsII Anytime, I'm glad that I was able to help. Good night (early morning over here though). I'm going to sleep.
I'm also 18 we seem more similar the more we talk . Thanks for the support, nice talking to you.
Yeah, I know right! Well I was 17 when I beat my disorder though. I had it for 4 years though. If I knew you in real life, I would comfort you during your anxiety attacks. If you are forced to comfort yourself most of the time, telling yourself "It's going to be okay" helps. Well at least it helped me. Anytime, and it's nice talking with you too. ^_^

Edit: I can try the best I can to comfort you over the internet, I guess. I have to agree with you that anxiety attacks suck.

@BlackOpsII I'm no longer mentally ill... I've been pretty much stable since November (11/23/12) was when I beat* my disorder. People were able to convince me that there was still hope and I have a lot to live for/ahead of me...since I'm still young (18). Feel free to message me, if you need someone to talk to. I've never met anyone online or in real life who has similar goals/hobbies/are or has been mentally ill before. You seem like a nice person.

Well they are not doing well this season. Howard and Gasol are injured... Clippers are doing better. >_>

I've experienced anxiety attacks, as well. I was forced to comfort myself (personal experience). You should tell her to take deep breaths and listen to music like @BlackOpsII suggested. It really helped me during the attacks. Let her know that you're there for her.

@BlackOpsII Wow. I couldn't resist commenting on this thread. We're alike. o.o It's strange because I used to have panic attacks at night, I draw, and I wasn't the typical teen either. I want to start my own life, as well. I don't party...or want to lose my v-card. I wasn't depressed though, but was never diagnosed. My symptoms were a minor form of depression. People on basil, my friends, and 2 of my family members helped me overcome my disorder. I kept getting worse and felt unnecessary guilt for a long period of time... My suggestion for you is to think positively. You will be able to achieve your goals/dreams if you work hard. Nothing lasts forever. Hope you get better.
Starts small, then escalates, i also explained above, sound familiar?
I too have depression but never had that diagnosed. I just listen to music, and it gets me by, i take it day by day, in a tough spot in life, but i'll get past it, i have too. I want kids/family. I'm not the normal teen that wants to party and get laid. I want to start a real life, ASAP.
That's what she is feelin similar! Thanks for your help do you know a trigger?
