Thank you to everyone here on basil
I feel like every single person on this site has influenced me in one way or the other. (Granted, I am also appreciative of everyone in "real life" as well, but this message is for basil.)
Recently, I have been self-reflecting a lot. I want to find what I am here to do on this planet and what my goals are and how I can make the people around me happy. And I feel basil has helped me a lot.
I feel like everyone has a different perspective in life and the Internet, which includes sites like basil, bring everyone's experiences together. It's such an interesting thing to imagine. How some things that are "common sense" to you are completely foreign to others. Everyone has a different way of seeing things. Obviously people ARE going to have the same views about SOME things, but not everything. (ex. @kevqn: and I)
It's also interesting to me how some people are just going to brush this message off as nothing. However, I mean every word sincerely and to the fullest extent. Some people are not going to understand the emotions behind this entire message. And that's okay. I dont blame you, we're just viewing life from a different perspective.
Even if you don't realize it, every comment you make shifts a person's thoughts to a certain direction. I feel like people like @sezbeth: and, the not-so-active, @burning: are prime examples of this. These two individuals, especially @sezbeth seem like they have had far greater experiences through things like books.
Also, I would like to thank you guys for being there and answering questions I have had that I'm not entirely comfortable asking people in "real life." Because there are some questions out there that google can't answer and you need people responding; passing their personal experiences and knowledge and answering questions you have.
Sorry guys, I had this inside me and had to get it out somehow.
I feel so much more at peace now.
Edit: Sorry if I embarrassed anyone by calling them out in this thread. I just wanted to give examples of some people.

@shamieekill that might've been his point.
@xdarkshynobi: Sorry bro, you just completely disrupted the vibe of this thread
@shamieekill: and i thot I had no chill.
@fradddd: Haha, i sh@t you not, I was actually thinking about mentioning you.
But there are so many basilers that I would love to mention, but I just dont have the time. Sorry D:
@xdarkshynobi: if thats all you got from this, you are the scum of society. Like what causes you to post such a negative comment? Does it fulfill your otherwise empty and soulless life?
Do yo ass cheeks hurt from all this deek riding?
What about me?
jk, yay 4 Basil power
And I agree. As you people know, I've talked about my life with Basilers a lot, and it has helped, because some stuff is too wacky to talk about with other people. And you guys offer insights that people in real life might not.
