First of all as @racist suggests, you should hammer and see if you can pass 2/2 and scroll it 2/2. If this is the outcome I would recommend clean slating the 2 slots.
If you pass both hammer slots and pass both scrolls, clean slate.
If you pass both hammer slots and pass only one scroll, clean slate.
If you pass both hammer slots, then fail 2 scrolls, innocence it.
If you pass only one hammer slot and the scroll is successful thereafter, clean slate.
If you pass only one hammer slot and the scroll fails thereafter,
If you fail both hammer slots, innocence it.
tl;dr:
To put it simply, if you have 4 lost slots, innocence it. If you have 1-3 lost slots, clean slate it. Alternatively, you can innocence it at 3 lost slots if you feel you can get a better outcome a next time.
hammer, if u fail both hammer slots (either by hammer or by scroll), inno, if not slate
Clean Slate it.
