Skills to steal after the shining patch
before i was using the arrow plater, but it got nerfed.... so, which skill do you recommend?
i also tried hurricane, but it seems that you cant attack with it continuously? it stops attacking after judgement drawn actives
i also tried cannon barrage but im not sure about it so.... and what is this skill attack speed?

what is mille? I am trying to figure out best skills to steal on my phantom as well,

isnt mille + arrow blaster better than anything else?
rapid fire and technically speaking arrow blaster is still the strongest skill to use but I personally
only use it on stationary bosses/mobbing and hell gollux. Arrow blaster and mille are better to use
sometimes. Pretty much the same as usual, use what you're most comfortable with. If you wanna
stick to mille, use FC
