I didn't see this on the front page so I thought I'd mention it. It also sells ilbis and mighty bullets.

@rachelll: OP isn't wrong though. Potion sellers really do sell them in Reboot.
That's the Edelstein NPC and if this is from the non-reboot worlds, this was the shop from more than a week ago. (Patched)
