You never have a right to kill anyone... Dont be a derp. Your dad did the right thing. The 2 thugs had little to nothing to lose compared to your dad. Thats the mentality that you should have.

He did get robbed. Even though they didn't literally take anything still counts as being robbed. I guess you could say it was attempted robbery. Which still is just as bad. Since they were literally trying to harm him & take his valuables.
As far as me saying i want to kill someone. Now I wouldn't WANT to magically appear in that situation. I guess i could of wrote that differently. I was saying if i were to so happen be in that situation. I'd want to shed blood. And probably wouldn't hesitate to do so either. Wouldn't feel the slightest remorse or guilt. People who did what those robbers do already threw away their lives. Not likely the police would even care if they died since it serves them right for trying to kill someone else.
For the anime part... Ok I'll admit that was random & silly. But it was relevant to the situation. I guess you could call it wishful thinking. If only man would be capable of doing much more in situations like that.

Tbh if I had to deliver pizza's near Chicago, I would probably keep a knife in my car. (or on me) (or some type of weapon in the car)
