I would just increase the % dmg on our Starforce Salvo, re skin it and give more % proc rate on our FA passively + additionnal proc rate on our FA when Starfall is on cooldown (KMS-like revamp).
I don't like the idea to have all hurricane class to split damage. It would make Jett to look like BM and Mercedes.

The one thing that's always bothered is that why are the projectiles always soul arrows. why can't they just be your default bullets.

@wall: My average runs are a bit faster. The clear time isn't always constant because of the low % chance to activate my final attack.
