Site problems
So I've been checking the site rankings occasionally and the site is seems really bugged atm. There's like zero class specific rankings showing at times and my main character changed to someone called shadowblast4 which really scared me to death so now I'm just staying signed out. Has this happened to anyone?

But yeah I freaked out and changed my PIC.
I thought it was Nexon telling me to change my ridiculously bad PIC.
It used to be "149999".

You're not hacked, nor does it relate to your account. It's just bad coding on their site, your account is fine.
Known issue, just disregard it. Bad coding on their part.
Nexon must really love visual glitches. Dat Marvel glitch.
Happened to me before too, just a visual glitch.
