what in the world happened today? what is this exploit? everytime i see someone ask what the exploit was nobody answers. so i want a an answer, what happened today, what is the exploit?

There was no dupe and all the issues were caused by the item gen.
Because no one wants to give the answer and wants to be try hard and give an answer that people will react with a "wtf?"
