What the best way to get coins now?
Kpq does not work >_< and i need 45 more coins for dexless 120 claw, any suggestions on how to get them? I have sevral chars so what ever works. Thanks ^_^

you can only complete up to the 3rd chapter if your not over 150?
What level would be best to do this on?
Just like what above said. Silent Crusade Chapters give the most coins now. If not, then Dojo with whatever high lvl characters you have and get 3-12 a day, save up and buy the claw.
Go do the 4 chapters of silent crusade on another char. or even on this. 75 coins. but long quests.
