Can you exchange or return damaged Macys clothing?
So I bought a couple of coats and jacket from Macy's a few days ago and today I noticed that one of the jackets that I had bought was missing a button for a strap located on the left shoulder. I was wondering if I'm able to return or exchange this jacket for a new one as long as I still have the receipt and price tag, I'm worried that they might not be able to take it because it's damaged.
I tried calling their customer service 3-4 times and every time I get connected to a worker/operator I immediately lose connection for some reason and the nearest Macy's from my house is about 30 - 40 minutes away and I really don't want to drive all the way out there only to find out I'm not able to make a return / exchange.
