Seeing how you have a NL character, 10m for the claw.
Pretty much everything is less than 10mil minus the cape and shoulders. Just use an owl of minerva like the above poster stated, or even take some time to cruise through the market yourself. Empress gear is all over the place now.
I believe what you are looking for is called "The Owl of Minerva" which can be found at your nearest general goods store for 10k mesos and lets you browse the FM for whatever item (non cash) you want. You can easily find the prices this way! Wow!
