So is Windia down?
While I was waiting for empress, i suddenly d/ced and it said that my account was already logged in.
So I decided to log onto my other account and clicked Windia, then a text popped out saying the whole Windia is full
anyone having the same problem? o.o

I just got a mini rollback... >.<
it said that windia was at max capacity, then i looked at scania which is half full, so i knew there was just no waaay
