Sincewe cant job advance
Would it be a bad idea to keep leveling? I have friends leeching and training at LHC and I wanna join in... As long as I don't use my SP, I'm fine, right...? Are there any bad implications for job advancing late?

The only job advance that is affected by doing it late is 1st job, because you physically miss SP. I'm fairly sure, as long as you don't use more SP than you're given (61 for 1st job, 121 for 2nd job, 151 for 3rd job), you can job adv. whenever you want. I haven't tried it, but yeah. There's nothing wrong with advancing late, it just slows down your leveling speed (because you don't get better skills).

priest have to wait till 130-140 to advance because they cant killed manon or griffy. doesnt seem to effect them too bad.

Thats because UEs skipped the hp and mp bonus from first job advance
by 4th job you dont get a penalty for late advancement

It is alter hence why you see UE have lesser hp / mp turn regular explorer.
You can test this theory if you need to and see if they both have true same hp or not

There's honestly no penalty for advancing at a later level above 120 :x
