Fullmetal Alchemist and FMA Brotherhood
What's the difference between the two? I'm like on the last episode of FMA: Brotherhood and it's freakin amazing! Is the original Fullmetal Alchemist worth watching, or is it basically the same as Brotherhood and if i watched it, it'd only be a waste of time?

Didn't watch for a while
I preferred the original animation because the manga spoiled Brotherhood.
Plus the first FMA movie was pretty badass.
FMA is very different lets say that

just looked it up and the ending of FMA is basically a lead-in to Conqueror of Shamballah
so Ed gets sent to the "real world" and blah blah

well the manga was pretty great in some parts, and everybody seems to love BH
i'm more curious as to what the ending of the first one is/how it's different...should prob look that up

FMA - Was done before the manga was completed so the ending in FMA is different
FMA:BH - Started just as the manga was in it last chapters, and this version stayed true to the manga.
IMO BH is better then FMA but I would say it wont hurt to try FMA.
Also no spoilers I havent completed BH as yet loolz.
Yeah I want to know the difference too, I'm currently on episode 36 on FMA, and then I'm planning to go to Brotherhood
Worth watching from what I've heard. I dunno to be honest. Usually animation pales in comparison to recent stuff which is why I don't watch anything before 2005 :V.
