Did my friend just scam me?
I ended up wanting a Playstation vita, therefore I attempted to sell my longboard for $120 until my friend offered me $80 + 4 Vita games (I only liked 1, which was worth the price anyways). We then traded; longboard for $80 + Vita game (The games are digital, not physical copies), I then figure out that I can only play the game when I'm on his playstation account, which is locked on to his specific console...I bet he knew about this crap. This guy really expects me to question all the specific details. And now he is gonna be a stuck up and make excuses cause I didn't have any knowledge about the console. Just like those 15sec commercials expecting me to read the whole fine print.
I'm so mad right now, can y'all help provide me with some options to find a solution to this problem... I also see him every week, gonna karate kick his nuts

hang out with him and ask to use the longboard then accidently break it in half with a sledgehammer
Call him and let him know your getting your longboard back. Never let someone finesse you like that.
Well it was a private trade so I don't know how much the law can protect you. If anything he was misleading and he failed to go over details as a seller. It was bad on his part, but next time you know to research before investing to cover your arse.
You only got $80 and a 2nd-hand Vita for your longboard, and some games which were only accessible from his account.
You either ask him for that account, you have him refund you, or you take him to court.
Dump him... in a dumpster. Then proceed to shoot lasers out of your eyes toward the dumpster. I'm very creative. Why do you think I've never experienced ennui?
lmfaoooooooo why are you posting this here go confront the dude
It's either he does a system reset to unlink his account from his vita and gives you it, or he needs to sell the whole console to you. If you don't do either of these you basically only got $80 and unplayable games. Hopefully he's a fair guy and redos the sale, but by the sound of it he probably knew these details before the trade.
OK did you even ask your friend about refunding you?
digital.... u messed up
kick his ass
Shouldn't have done it in the first place since it's digital.
Trade back or ask for the pass?
The deal was $80 and 4 games. You only got $80. Unless he gives you his account, you don't own the games. Go kick his ass, take your longboard back, and keep the money.
