Difference between Satire and Parody?

I have trouble telling apart the difference between satires and parodies even after googling it. I think satires can take in the form of parodies, but what sets them apart?

Would [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbhrz1-4hN4]this[/url] count as a satire? Do you know any really funny but relatively appropriate satire videos I could use for a school project?
