Mercedes and attack speed

Hi guys, just wondering, how much + attack speed is too much for mercedes? If I remember correctly, two years ago, IR needed +3 to hit cap attack speed. +2 from dual bowgun booster and +1 from decent speed infusion.

Is this still the case? Is stacking decent speed infusion and green pot from MPE too much?

@someid i hit like 30-35m lines on mobs with ishtars, i cap pretty much everything else besides cvel which i do like ~40m's. after the upcomming revamp mercs should be getting, i'll be close to capping with ishtars on mobs and i should be capping on cvel consistently. my goal isnt to cap on mobs though, cuz thats kind of pointless, my goal is to cap on cvel.

The goal is to do max damage lines with IR on normal monsters. So I can be like all the cool people on my BL who do max damage on SDH monsters.
"Yea babe I hit cap damage so Im cool and you should totally let me leech you"
I hit around 20-30m on bosses but thats no where near enough to hit cap damage. I hit cap with wrath of enlil which is a 300% skill. If only they buff the multiplier on IR to like WA level (345% wtf)... I so sad.

15m on bosses or monsters? Lol

Uhm, for min crit, definitely gloves. Also, shade and hayato character cards. If you want to go TRULY BIG, lol, bpots on armor on legendary can get min crit I believe. iirc

was referring to bosses- normal mobs would be a completely different story. We don't use IR much apart from bossing so I'm going to assume the peeps above are referring to the same.

+ % min crit is a legendary potential on gloves.

I hit around 15m so if I want to cap I'd need at least 3 times more damage which means at least 6m+ (cause Im over 2m) range!

Yeah it's definitely possible to cap with IR. Just requires a pretty significant amount of % boss coupled with 3.7m+ range depending on boss type/ pdr. Should get a bit easier after we get buffed though - try testing out your damage with an equipped rune of destruction (50% dmg boost) to get a rough estimate of where you'll be at

and wild hunters have higher % on their skills no? On top of that if I remember correctly xbows have higher attack multiplier than dual bows too.

It's definitely possible to hit cap on Ishtar's ring, There is even people who can hit cap on [url=http://youtu.be/Yy5IJRYtkoU]Wild Arrow Blast[/url] after WH revamp.

@someid: I think there are less than a handful of Mercedes out there who can do that in GMS. But yes, it should be possible with significant commitment.

Ishtar's ring will fire at the same rate(Two hits every 120ms) with or without booster.

Mercedes generally does not benefit from high attack speed, in fact time to time it becomes a detriment because of our delay reduction from skill chaining not marrying well with delay reduction from booster effects.
