Regarding the 11th set effects
Hello all,
I was informed recently that ideally, one would not complete the 11th set, as mixing the 10th set effects and the 11th would be much more beneficial.
One would potentially look towards getting 6 10th Anniv. pieces and fill the reaminder with the 11th.
Personally I am unsure and I dont really crunch numbers, so I was wondering if anyone can provide me some insight regarding set effect mixing, specifically in regards to matching other sets with the 11th?

If you get a nova cape 11th set beats out having both 10th set and 11th.
Realistically, it's the absolute best option to just get your cra gear. If you really want the black set, you can do that and still have cra gear alongside it, you even still have a slot leftover for tyrant boots. No use in adding in 11th set really.
